Throne of Grace Baptist Church was born September 17, 2000. This vision was conceived in the spirit of Rev. Dr. M.H. Russell while he was living in Los Angeles, CA.

After much prayer and receiving pastoring experiencing, God with favor commanded Rev. Russell to open Throne of Grace.

Throne of Grace's name is biblically founded in Hebrews 4:16, and is a place where joy and sorrows can be shared with other believers in the body of Christ.

Throne of Grace has birthed many ministries under Rev. Russell's leadership, including: Youth Ministry, Outreach Ministry, Helping Hands, Homeless & Prison Ministry, Van Ministry, Missionary, Christian Education and many others to fulfill community needs.

Throne of Grace is also home to Musicians for Christ, a recording group that has traveled coast to coast spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.
